Refund Policy
Can I get a reprint/replacement?
At Vkardz Prints, we strive to provide the best online shopping experience. In the case of paper products, there is no option to return them since everything is customized for you, rendering it unusable by anyone else. However, if there’s a manufacturing defect, we will offer complete assistance to get it corrected. To avail of any assistance, the customer has to file a complaint with our customer support team within seven days of delivery.

Can I return my Orders?
Typically, delivered orders cannot be returned. But this rule does not apply in cases of transport damages—Vkardz Prints or a third-party logistics provider will be held accountable for that. We will replace the damaged items in such cases. Please scrutinize all goods on delivery and inform our customer service team support@vkardzprints.com within seven days of receiving the order if you detect any damages.
Can I claim for damages or shortages?
Any claims for damage and shortages must be reported within seven days from delivery. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.
Can I cancel my orders?
Once the payment is made, customers cannot cancel the order themselves. Still, if you want to cancel the order, you can contact our customer support team, and we will cancel it, provided the production has not already started. Your order cannot be canceled if the cancellation request is made after 24 hours or the production has begun.
What will be the mode of payment in case there is a refund?
Refunds will be made through the payment gateway to the same account from which the payment was received. Our accounts team will communicate it. Who pays for the return shipping?
If you are returning the products due to the wrong/damaged product being delivered, Customer will bear the shipping charges while returning the product.

Valid Reasons for Return
You may return an item if:
• You find an error in the design that differs from the final proof you approved.
- The product was damaged upon delivery and was not due to shipping.
Proof of Issue
If a design error occurs, please provide evidence of the discrepancy, such as comparing the product received with the approved design.
For damaged products, a video of the unboxing showing the item’s condition as it was received is required. This video must capture the entire unboxing process without interruptions to provide valid proof.
Return Process
You have 7 calendar days to initiate a return from the date you received the item. To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
